I received my undergraduate degree from Florida State University, and a Doctor of laws from Widener University Law School in 1975. I have worked in the Department of Justice, Criminal Division, Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs, and was an Assistant Attorney General, Civil Division, for the State of Delaware before moving to Florida. I have concentrated my practice in Florida on civil litigation of complex cases, including medical malpractice, automobile/pedestrian injuries, nursing home abuse, slip and fall, and products liability.

I have successfully represented well over 2,000 clients since 1976. I am aggressive in my representation of individuals and families who have suffered through a painful injury or loss of a family member. My firm is one of the larger personal injury firms in Central Florida.
